Kevin the technician that was assigned was on top of communication when he was ahead of schedule and when pulling up. Didn't mind me asking inquisitive questions regarding the situation was super friendly while not looking to upsell me anything only wanting to resolve the situation as best as he could. Within the hour he found the issue and got it corrected at a fair price. Would highly recommend as I've had great experiences with them previously. Kevin ultimately went above and beyond to work around the situation. The company also worked to accommodate my work schedule without afterhour fees be added on which was very much appreciated. Great all around experience!

Kevin called to say he was on the way. Always friendly and professional. Completed the fall check and made suggestions. Also, told me about an air scrubber that can be added to the system.

Bought a mini-split in August and a full central system in September. Every KHAC tech who came out was on time, professional, and courteous. Chris Schroeder gave me straight, competitive pricing... I compared multiple bids and KHAC was the clear choice both times. Highly recommend.

My blower and heating unit finally went out after thirty years. 1) KH kept it going for that long with there annual maintenance plan and service. 2) after instal of new unit the converter (attached to ac unit outside) went out the next day while I was out of town. They came after hours and fixed for free which would have cost around $300+. Every one of their staff and techs are extremely polite and professional! Also had a friend who lives in another state who works in the industry confirmed the pricing on the unit I purchased and his words “ go with the performance 2, you will get the best bang for you buck with it. It is a great unit and their price compared to ours is competitive.” I will ne continuing to use KH for the next decade and let the next homeowner know how great they are.

Kevin was timely, thorough, changed the humidifier pad and patiently answered all my many questions. We have used Kirkwood HVAC for over 30 years and have always been more than happy with them.

Chris came out to assess our air conditioner/furnace. He was great. Listed pros and cons of keeping our system vs getting a new one at this point. Very honest and thorough. Great team at Kirkwood HVAC.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Robert from Kirkwood HVAC! He was incredibly professional and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly. He even showed me exactly what was wrong, pointing out the broken components so I could understand. Despite having to climb into my hot, cramped attic multiple times, he never complained. At first, there was a lot of discussion about possibly replacing the whole system, but in the end, Robert worked his magic and found a way to repair it—restoring my home to its cooling glory! Robert gets a solid 5 stars from me!

We've been using them for about a decade. They've serviced our equipment, installed new ACs, furnaces, amd water heaters, and have always provided great value. My AC unit died in 98 degree weather after 19years of faithful service. I met with 4 companies and chose Kirkwood Heat & Air Conditioning! They were informative, thorough, knowledgeable and patient, as I needed to make certain I chose the right company and products. I was never pressured, and they were always quick to answer my calls or texts. The installers, Tyler and Derrick, were competent, professional, friendly and kind. They answered my questions, showed me what I needed to know and set up my new thermostat which is light years easier to use than the free thermostat from Ameren. My home is cool again, and I feel loved and well cared for by my Kirkwood Team!
