We switched to Kirkwood Heating & Air Conditioning a few years ago after being surprised by unexpected charges and uneven service from our last HVAC company. Kirkwood has met our expectations for a locally owned business with world-class standards. They provide customer-centered service with a human touch, without ever sacrificing quality. Kirkwood installed our new variable speed heat pump and have provided excellent support ever since. We purchase a maintenance agreement and they are prompt to address anything that comes up (without a surcharge for emergency service). Kevin was our technician today and he was a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Had a 30 plus year old unit go out. They had a guy on a Holiday weekend come out get me running again until a new unit could be put in a couple days later. Adam and Jason did a fantastic job were polite and the baby was able to still take a nap during the install! Would recommend KHAC for any HVAC needs!

Kirkwood Heating installed my system 25 years ago and a new one again today. They were very helpful and professional from the repairman who initially looked at my furnace, the salesperson Chris & today’s installers. They answered all my questions and did a very professional job. They worked with me to find a model I could afford due to this unexpected expense. They replaced my furnace and ac.

This is the first time I had a service technician from 'Kirkwood Heating and A/C' inspect my heating system prior to the start of the heating season. The technician's name is Robert. He did a very thorough job inspecting my furnace. He explained exactly what he was doing and why. I was very impressed and quite pleased. Kevin the technician that was assigned was on top of communication when he was ahead of schedule and when pulling up. Didn't mind me asking inquisitive questions regarding the situation was super friendly while not looking to upsell me anything only wanting to resolve the situation as best as he could. Within the hour he found the issue and got it corrected at a fair price. Would highly recommend as I've had great experiences with them previously. Kevin ultimately went above and beyond to work around the situation. The company also worked to accommodate my work schedule without afterhour fees be added on which was very much appreciated. Great all around experience!
