So appreciative for the expedited repair service on my A/C unit during the recent record-setting hot temperatures in the St. Louis area. Derrick was very knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing/repairing the issue. Many Thanks to the friendly and accommodating office Staff who set up the appointments and ensure everything is running smoothly in the field.

Always a great experience

Kirkwood installed our HVAC 2 years ago, and we get regular maintenance from them twice a year. I recently found a lot of moisture on the filter when I removed it to install a new one. I called the office and they were able to send a technician the next day. He analyzed the problem--the unit is in a bathroom/laundry room that is a small space where a lot of humidity is created. Also, I was using inferior filters that were being sucked into the unit and trapping moisture there. He answered all my questions and was very professional. I will be getting a dehumidifier which should solve the problem (and sturdier filters). I was relieved to know that nothing was wrong with the unit itself. Also, the people in the office at Kirkwood are very kind and helpful. I couldn't be happier with the service we are receiving.

Our air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. They came out quickly, fixed the problem, and clearly communicated every step. What I loved most was that even though they gave me a window for service, 8 - 12, they texted to let me know when I was the next customer. The guy even called and told me that I was the next customer, but he was 45 minutes away. Great work, great communication.

Robert recently. provided my routine air conditioning service. Robert is very knowledgeable and he did an excellent inspection to make sure the system is up and ready for those hot humid days. Robert is very kind and courteous and is an asset to the company. I would recommend him for any awards the company provides to recognize outstanding employees.

Our technician arrived right on time. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He fixed our problem . We are so impressed with the technicians and responsiveness of Kirkwood Heating and Air Conditioning that we signed up for their annual agreement.

Jason, Brandon, and Adam did a great job installing my furnace. They were all very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The furnace is working great and a huge improvement from what I had, without the huge expense that other companies quoted me.
