About Wildwood, MO - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Wildwood, as it is currently constituted, is a very recent addition to the local scene. Comprised of ten different communities that formed around rural post offices in an area of unincorporated St. Louis County, the residents succeeded with their five year effort to form their own government in 1995. Wildwood was formally incorporated in that year with the declared goal of "Planning Tomorrow Today". What that means to the town is a commitment to providing for the preservation and continuation of treasured community features, such as plentiful open space, rural roads, beautiful woodlands, and an estate-type lifestyle with comprehensive and exceptional local services.

Consequently, Wildwood′s every characteristic has been carefully considered and planned. New services are added regularly to address the needs of an ever–growing population. Pains are taken to continue the tradition of involving the citizenry in local government, and the town′s capital improvements are proactively maintained. Wildwood is currently home to over thirty thousand people spread over approximately sixty eight square miles, resulting in one of the lowest population densities in metropolitan St. Louis.

Wildwood′s rural charm and consistently highly rated schools combine to make it an exceptional place to raise a family. The town′s weather is typically pleasant, with temperatures appropriate to each season, ranging from the mid–teens to the mid–90s.
